The company where very polite professional and prompt. They kept me informed about the arrival time of there engineer. On his arrival the engineer Gordon quickly identified the fault,and what the full cost of the repair would be. I must say there was no pressure for me to rush my decision for the work to be carried out by them.which I liked. They were happy for me to seek other quotes. I gave the go ahead and 2 hours later the job was completed. A 5 year guarantee was given for the work which was good. So in all I would recommend this company Thank you.
